Our Mission
Tri-County S.P.E.A.K.S. Sexual Assault Center provides essential services to victims and survivors of sexual violence and educates and engages the community in the awareness and prevention of sexual assault in Berkeley, Charleston, and Dorchester counties.

Creating proactive communities that speak up against sexual violence and foster environments that promote healing and resilience for people impacted by sexual violence.

About Us
Tri-County S.P.E.A.K.S. Sexual Assault Center offers a variety of programs and support groups to help individuals in our community that have faced sexual assault. We offer:
- Crisis intervention and case management
- Hospital accompaniment for SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner)
- In-person, virtual, written, and phone follow-up support
- Community resource referrals
- Facilitate dialogue between victims and loved ones
- Crisis intervention and follow-up for incarcerated survivors
- Accompany victims to court and other legal and law enforcement appointments
